Tavares & Santos, Ltd. entered into a process of continuous improvement of the effectiveness of its QMS, takes as its quality policy to meet the needs/expectations of its customers (price, time and quality), taking into account the involvement of all its collaborators in pursuit of the QMS, as well as the collaboration of its suppliers.

All its activity is to support the fulfillment of the requirements of the Norm NP EN ISO 9001:2008, as well as compliance with legal requirements and/or regulations as applicable to the needs of customers, and the achievement of quality that follow:

1. Manufacture the products according to customer needs;

2. Dealing effectively with customer complaints;

3. Maintain Infrastructure, Work Environment and employees able to function;

4. Maintain certification to NP EN ISO 9001:2008;

5. Maintaining good relations with suppliers;

6. Improving the involvement of suppliers, sensitizing them to the fulfillment of our needs.
